Meal ordering app for mobile. Simple, clean, and sharp, with emphasis on luxury food brands and photography. Main typeface chosen was Amino for playful-but-readable accents.
Two website templates/demos for hospital purposes created from scratch in Bohemian Sketch, showcasing a clean and modern design. Typeface: Lato and Lato family.
Mockups and eventual final of a presentation for Brigham and Womens Hospital. Rapid mockups and prototypes of designs were done in Adobe Experience Design. Final deliverable was made in Powerpoint. The two typeface options delivered were Avenir vs Palatino.
Created as a demo for how to use Bohemian Sketch to quickly lay out a site concept. Logo, brand, and company (as well as bizarre lorem ipsum) were created on the spot to show the versatility of Bohemian Sketch as both a wireframing software and a useful drawing+design software.
In this project I put together a set of notes and wireframes (image 3) of common design contexts— deconstructing parts of websites, typeface usage, and how to allude to these design contexts when putting together a mockup and desiring to showcase information in an efficient but effective way. Assets were entirely finished in Sketch.
Logo for Habit TV, a celebrity-themed habit modification game. We did several rounds of sketching and type experiments to get the feel for this light, family-friendly brand. Ultimately they decided on a rounded-but-light approach to typeface, and also requested an illustration for the loading screen.

Fitfunner, a company looking to promote healthy lifestyles through games, commissioned me to do their logo. They were still in the early stages of formulating their brand, so they encouraged me to experiment with different approaches to give them variety to choose from.
First, the sketch phase. This is what I call the "ugly phase"-- just getting down all the bad ideas out, acquainting myself with the possibilities of letterforms, silhouette, and experimentation.
From here, the design went through three stages. The client decided they wanted to start with a simple logomark, with possible expansion to logotype. The first iteration was exploration with abstraction. The second iteration grounded the type more thoroughly for a hand-done look.
Ultimately, the client chose the form on the right. From there, they directed me towards a shiny, "app-game" aesthetic that they wanted--bright, complementary colors and jelly-like shine-- and I finished the deliverable in Adobe Illustrator.
This project was for Fitfunner, a health game brand, who requested some mockups and designs for their the landing page and blog.
After some iterations of sketching, we settled on a family-friendly and cheerful picnic scene. The client preferred more colors when possible to highlight their “game” aspect of the site. The sides could of course be compressed to show or hide parts of the illustration.
The logo was replaced by simple but effective type. Buttons and boxes were smoothed out and flattened for a more current look.
They also requested a blog makeover. This iteration featured the old logo/type, but pushed for cleanliness. The "content window" with rounded corners was kept as requested.
Finally, here are some of the different sketched iterations of the landing page illustration itself, as well as some spot illustrations on the bottom.
Screens for Fitfunner game "Renouned" - a scrabble-like word game with a celebrity theme. Originally for website-only, here are the mockups for the iPad version. All assets and illustrations were done in Adobe Illustrator.
A series of icons for different games and applications with the Fitfunner brand. Client requested "fun, game-like, color-popping icons. Think facebook-game era aesthetic." This extended into the illustration style as well.
